Terms

Plain version first, because the plain version is the one that matters.

Balance

Money you load becomes store credit on PKFactory. It does not expire, it carries no dormancy or maintenance fee, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash. Bonus credit is promotional and is tracked separately from the cash you loaded.

Refunds

A refund returns credit to your balance in the same proportions the order used: cash back as cash, bonus back as bonus. Refunds are issued by an operator by hand; there is no self-serve refund flow yet. Write through Contact.

Shipping

The source ships to the address you give. The listed price is the spend. Transit windows on each product are estimates, not guarantees — customs in particular is outside anyone's control here.

What these are

Titles use the names buyers search for so you can find the listing you mean. These are factory pairs, sourced to order from the listed source. They are not retail authentic and are not authorized by the brand. Each listing ships from its listed source. Transit windows are estimates.
